ATTORNEY-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-PATENT LAW

Our global law firm client is seeking an 3-4 year Intellectual Property Attorney to join is team in Dallas. The idea candidate will have experience in patents, trademark, copyright and IP-related litigation and prosecution docket related work.
Primarily preparation & prosecution of patents, opinions, due diligence,right-to-use, infringement, validity, licensing,client counseling. Additional responsibilities include transactional,litigation support, etc. A STRONG technical related background in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or aeronautical engineering is required.
