Avionics Engineer
We are currently seeking an Avionics Engineer to join our team.
Position Description
This team member will perform:
- Engineering analysis on legacy avionics equipment including: design, interfaces, reliability, maintainability, and environmental qualifications
- Analysis will include navigation, communication and data recording systems
- The candidate will work with fleet personnel as well as vendors to provide modification and sustainment solutions
- This will include review and modification of drawings and developing engineering change proposals

Avionics Engineer
Education:
- Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology Degree is required
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or two additional years of relevant experience (in Systems Engineering field) for each year of degree
Experience/Capabilities:
- Successful candidates will have AT LEAST EIGHT YEARS of experience and be familiar with Navy aircraft systems as well as Navy maintenance and configuration management tools
