On-Site Program Manager - MMAC at Olgoonik Development LLC, Oklahoma City, OK
Overview:
On-Site Project Manager needed for FAA Contract - the Maintenance, Repair, Operations and Modification of Buildings, Structures, Utility Systems, and Grounds at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of this contract and shall act as the main point of contact with the Government.
- Oversee all aspects of the MMAC contract which include: the maintenance, repair, operation, and modification of buildings, utility systems, structures, mechanical and electrical equipment systems, water treatment program, security systems, computers, elevators, pest control, fire suppression, fire detection systems, hazardous waste transfer, warehouse automation equipment, radio paging and/or communications devices, exterior building lights and complete care of grounds to keep the MMAC complex in full operation to support its assigned mission.
- Will be a liaison with both the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Facility Management Specialists (FMS). Consulting and coordinating work with the FMS concerning FAA operations and keeping current status of all systems under their control while coordinating all technical requirements of the contract with the COR.
- Be responsible for making special reports, studies, inspections, and will attend such conferences and meetings in the capacity of technical advisor as requested by the Government.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises 100 employees to include management, professional, technical, clerical, and labor staff within the contract. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from accredited university and/or college, (the degree must be in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Construction Management)
- Must have ten (10) years experience managing contracts of similar scope and size in the operation, maintenance, and modification of a facility with the complexity of equipment and systems of the MMAC.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team. Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention for detail.
